Abstract :
For the purpose to develop an SMS (Short Messaging Service) issuing system for aviation information service application system, the transmission technology of SMS platform with ISMG (Internet Short Message Gateway) for short messages´ distributing was analyzed, then a revised sliding window mechanism with priority as well as a method for calculating the real-time load capacity for ISMG was proposed in this paper. Furthermore, aiming at ISMG distributing mechanism for SMS, a mathematical model with matrix method which had a low consumption load but a high efficiency strategy of dynamically scheduling for load balancing was constructed afterwards. By means of the optimization of SMS distributing process, accurate and timely delivery of the message was ensured while the robustness of the SMS platform was improved, then the efficiency of network communications equipment was also achieved.
