Abstract :
Summary form only given. Epoxy based cast resin systems for heavy electrical insulation have been developed and in use now for more than 60 years. While many cast resin systems for this application already exist, new ones are still under development in order to meet customer requirements for superior technical performance and/or reduced total production costs.
