Abstract
The methodology proposed in the paper deals with the use of artificial intelligence techniques in the modelling and control of climate variables within a greenhouse. The nonlinear physical phenomena governing the dynamics of temperature and humidity on such systems are, in fact, difficult to be modelled and controlled using traditional techniques. The paper proposes a framework for the development of fuzzy logic controllers in modern greenhouses
