Abstract :
In a dynamic radar cross section (RCS) measurement system, dual-band and dual-polarization performance is generally required by the antenna system and polarization performance in the two bands should be the same. Some problems including dual-band coplane, dual-band composed feed and polarized conversion are produced. Measures are put forward in the paper to solve these problems by using a feedforward parabolic antenna, mosaic dual-band composed feed technique and polarization electric control conversion technique. The result is satisfactory in practical radar operation
