Abstract :
Auto-digital phase measurement technique is widely used in the design of phase-shift laser range finder, and its precision determines that of the range finder to a great extent. In this paper, we set up the math model of its error sources and find out the error equation through analyzing and studying the error sources deeply. Thereafter, we use Matlab to simulate all of the error sources and get their influencement curves on the precision of the phasometer, by means of these curves, we figure out the rule and extent of their influences, which provide theoretical guidance for the improvement design of auto-digital phasometer.
