Abstract :
The complex heterogeneity of hydrological telemetering system based on network results in the complexity of the software architecture of system, so it is very difficult to improve the software reusability and integrate several different systems. In order to solve these problems, following the principle of service-oriented architecture to analyses and describe the hydrological telemetering system (HydroTS), this paper establishes the architecture of HydroTS based on Web services through analysis the basic features of system. Furthermore, based on the Web services techniques, the paper presents the principles to classify the system into many business-independent services and deploy services according to control and data distribution. This method can use to build a system model, which is quite different from traditional methods. Therefore, Web Services technology can not only reduce the complexity of software and improve the software reusability, but also implement the dynamic application integration to decrease costs of system development and maintenance.
