Abstract
Graph theoretical models of the PMC model designed for fault diagnosis at the system level are studied. For the purpose of writing axioms for the inference engine using the concept of artificial intelligence the graphs for various levels of fault diagnosis are divided into subgraphs which have a tree like structure. On the basis of subgraphs a complete set of axioms are written, and these axioms together with the set of supports are used for fault analysis
