Abstract :
Examines various marine biological signals and estimates models of these signals using a least-squares Prony/SVD algorithm. Two classification procedures are presented; the first technique uses a back-propagation neural network, and the second method is based on various spectral distances. Performances of the methods are compared and the characteristics of each technique are discussed
