Abstract :
This is the first attempt in formulating the load balancing problem with fuzzy sets. It should not be considered a general model. This model should be studied in detail theoretically, and with simulation for various topologies, and number of nodes. A fuzzy decision model for the control and management of large decentralized systems is more appropriate than the conventional probabilistic models
