Abstract :
Determined the transcendental transfer function of the torsional vibrations of an elastic bar with distributed parameters and the concentrated mass which fixed at one end. Input is a torsional moment which attached to the free end of the bar, output is the angle of rotation bar. Problem is solved by methods of the structural theory of A.G. Butkovskiy.
