Abstract
The compensation of the load torque disturbances which deviate the speed of dc motor from the desired one was found. The model of the dc motor was implemented and simulated. This approach has three advantages: 1) Locate the closed-loop system poles anywhere in the unit circle. 2) Provide disturbance rejection as large as desired. 3) The controller satisfies the requirement of the dc motor without using a dead-beat controller
