Abstract
Summary from only given. We investigate the onset of supercontinuum formation for a 75 cm long photonic crystal pumped with femtosecond pulses. We pump the photonic crystal fiber with 100 femtosecond pulses with wavelengths in the range from 710 nm to 988 nm in the anomalous dispersion range.
