Abstract :
Collaborative decision-making optimization of intelligent information service alliances is the important support in modern economic transformation. At first, here the logos model and strategy of the collaborative decision-making optimization for a chance in the harmony game are applied to discuss the theory and method of intelligent information Service alliances and to explain the new characters of the collaboration and the competition under the new economic circumstance. Secondly, in this paper we discuss the Innovation factor and framework and basic organization structure for intelligent information service alliances by employing object-oriented methodologies in commercial intelligence aspect. Thirdly, the service provider redundancy model is analyzed, and then the stochastic process model is build based on synchronous vacation of partial servers. The redundancy model stable indices are given by quasi birth and death process and its matrix geometric solution. All of these methods assure that the intelligent information service alliance is composed by distributed service resources with theoretical optimization.
