Abstract :
The generation of 2-D transfer functions having non-separable denominator and numerator polynomials, starting from two 2-D all-pass transfer functions is studied. It is shown that, by a proper choice of the coefficients chosen, their magnitude response can be made to exist in two opposite quadrants only
