Abstract :
Summary form only given. We present what we believe to be the first largely tunable (8-12 /spl mu/m) difference frequency generation (DFG) obtained in GaAs and ZnSe plates, using quasi-phase matching by total internal reflection QPM-TIR in one single slab.
