Abstract :
This paper presents the specified model of the Schottky barrier diodes which takes barrier capacity of the diode into account. It allows projecting microwave frequency multipliers more precisely. Also it was revealed, that elements of the equivalent circuit of the diode do not depend on frequency. It enables to use values of parameters of the diode which are received on low frequencies.
