Abstract :
This paper presents information on the manufacturing and design of dipole antennas on high-resistivity gallium arsenide compensated with chromium. A comparison of the operating parameters of antennas designed and is available for purchase foreign equivalents. Identified weaknesses investigated devices and the ways to address them. Presents the results of experiments on the amplitude-time characteristics.
