Abstract :
Summary form only given. We described a simple, efficient and reliable BaB/sub 2/O/sub 4/ all-solid-state deep UV laser source. Over 540 mW at 213 nm was obtained and more power is targeted by using a type I crystal instead of a type II crystal at the SHG stage.
