Abstract :
On our bottleneck toolset, we found there to be many instances of short stoppages in production. Seemingly too small to be of consequence individually, when totaled together they constituted a significant impact to capacity. We greatly reduced the impact of these short, avoidable interruptions to production by using real-time data to bring visibility to the production floor.
