Abstract
An approach to multirate digital signal reconstruction via modern sampled-data control theory is presented. The central emphasis is upon continuous-time sampled-data H∞ design with delay. It is shown that the problem is reducible, in spite of the delay element, to a finite-dimensional single-rate problem under some mild conditions
