Abstract :
Existing triode models don´t behave well especially when grid current flows so that simulation results are not reliable if the device operates in that region. Moreover, even in absence of grid current, averaged output characteristics could be better reproduced. We present a new approach to create customized models, especially if some physical parameters are not known, as it usually happens.
