Abstract
Summary form only given. The superlattice 2D structures investigated were produced using multiple drawing technique from the tubes prepared from optical glass. For air-glass structures the stacks containing some dozens of cylindrical hollow tubes forming hexagonal structure placed in the glass envelope was used. For metal glass structure we use stacks made from 10 X 10 glass tubes filled with low-temperature melted metal (Pb-Sn mixture). The microphotograph of this structure is shown.
