Abstract :
An efficient method to breadboard circuits using CMOS and BiCMOS arrays designed at NMSU and fabricated by MOSIS was discussed. This method allows experimental demonstration of integrated circuit structures with realistic on-chip performance. It has been used to implement several labs that accompany an introductory VLSI course but that can also be used in advanced VLSI courses or for research purposes. The proposed method improves the efficiency in teaching VLSI courses
