Abstract :
In this paper, we present a new method of communication image retrieved using integer wavelet transform based on lifting scheme and the algorithms can be implemented on hardware easily. Because high frequency components obtained by wavelet decomposition are large around impulse noise, lifting wavelet filters are designed by changing their free parameters .The designed filters have features of impulse noise. Detection of impulse noise can be done by applying the learnt filters to noising images. Reduction of impulse noise from the image is carried out using a wavelet reconstruction formula. Because the computation of lifting scheme filter is decreased largely than general wavelet filters, the algorithm is implemented easily on hardware. Especially in TV tracking system image processing is real-time, there must be have perfect perspective that integer wavelet denoising method is joined with the modern signal processing device DSP and FPGA.
