Abstract :
Along with the sharp increase of vehicle number in China, it is very important to realize the traffic safety, transportation efficiency and travelling comfort, especially on the highway. Leaky coaxial cable is widely used in mobile communication of some blind zone such as tunnels and underground areas, and there is another application of this cable: it can also provide road vehicle communication in the highway. In this paper, the wide-band leaky coaxial cable is discussed, and the whole road vehicle communication system is proposed, in the meantime the results are simulated.
