  • Abstract
    A closed form of S21 is deduced to analyze the passband characteristic of Composite Right/Left-handed Transmission Line (CRLH TL) using the eigenvalue decomposition and network parameter method. The passband characteristics versus the number of cells has been analyzed and illustrated. This method will be more precise than Bloch algorithm when N <; 10, and the increase in the number of cells N will improve the band-pass filtering performance effectively.
