Abstract :
The traditional method of teachers evaluation in colleges and universities listed too many indicators, and there are some indicators that are unimportant or do not care about the people. This evaluation not only delay students, but also can not draw scientific conclusions. This paper introduces a method which combined discernibility matrix and the distinction function to analyze the data obtained by questionnaire survey. Through it we obtain the five optimal relative reductions from the twenty indicators in the teaching evaluation questionnaires, which the five indicators can be regard as the foundation of the evaluation of teachers.
