Abstract :
Summary from only given. We obtained excellent agreement between the experimental results and the 3D FDTD calculation. The experimentally-determined dispersion curve is shown by solid dots in the figure. The result directly shows that we can quantitatively design the group dispersion of light waveguides with a great degree of freedom, which is promising for various application of photonic band gap waveguides.
