  • Abstract
    In this article, an embedded video capturing and compressing system provided with Web intelligent based on the high speed DSP and ARM is completed. Firstly, the composition of the whole capturing and compress system is introduced; secondly, the point is that it carries out the essential technologies of data pretreatment during the video capturing and compressing, three-frame ping-pong renovating control, seamless connection with two cores and embedded Web server. Lastly, the result of the whole compressing system is indicated. The versatility and the extension are considered in the design, so that the system is not only a video server, but a general video code platform to carry on the confirmation of several kinds of compressing algorithms.
