Abstract

Uniform content locator(UCL) in data broadcasting will innovate a new personalized information service model of "serve according to need" and realize "television according to need". Based on the definition of UCL index in data broadcasting, the construction of the personalized information service model including personalized information agent and user model is explained in detail. At the same time it puts forward how to realize the interest study of user with ID3 algorithm. The experiment of parallel data broadcasting system in the LAN has verified and realized the function of the personalized information service model based on UCL.
