Abstract :
Summary form only given. We present the improvements we realized on our 6 /spl times/ 100 J nanosecond and 100 TW subpicosecond facilities using a deformable mirror. We also show some example experiments performed with this beam control and stress the improvements on accuracy and localisation allowed by the wavefront correction.
