Title :
Introduction to non-binary signals in system identification
Author_Institution :
Warwick Univ., Coventry, UK
Abstract :
In a companion paper by the author (1991), binary perturbation signals were considered. In this paper, non-binary signals are discussed. The paper begins by considering non-binary perturbation signals that can be obtained from a pseudo random binary signal then goes on to describe low peak factor multiharmonic signals and concludes with a brief discussion of some other designs for perturbation signals
