Abstract :
QR decomposition based image enhancement schemes are proposed for through wall imaging capable of discriminating between target, noise and clutter signals. QR decomposition has advantage over singular value decomposition in terms of complexity. Crisp weights and fuzzy weights are assigned to different QR subspaces. Proposed schemes significantly work well especially for extracting multiple targets in heavy cluttered through wall images. Existing and proposed schemes are compared on the basis of mean square error, peak signal to noise ratio and visual inspection.
