Abstract
In this paper, we discuss the approximation properties of fuzzy systems and present several basic approximation properties of fuzzy systems. Because these results are obtained under the assumption that the T-norm in fuzzy implication and inference is a (algebraic) product, further research work is to extend the results to fuzzy systems with other T-norms such as min (intersection), bounded and drastic, and compare the results among different T-norms
