Abstract :
This paper studies a knowledge acquisition of large scale systems using a fuzzy classifier system (FCS). A new method for apportionment of credits is proposed in this paper. The new method makes it possible to fully utilize the feature of the genetic algorithm, i.e. the effects of the crossover operator. Simulations to obtain avoiding rules of a ship are done to show that the FCS can acquire fuzzy rules for complex tasks
