Abstract :
The paper shows how the Park Transformation can be used in the analysis of the asynchronous machine connected to a non-sinusoidal, unbalanced or asymmetrical three-phase voltage or current source. All the results are compared to those obtained by using the three-phase model for the induction machine. The numerical results have been achieved considering the two and three-phase model by SimPowerSystems (Simulink) and PSpice simulation.
