Abstract :
This article demonstrates a high performance control system based on an improved magnetic encoder, which is suitable for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM), used for industrial sewing machines. The control system has good static and dynamic performance. The article mainly discusses the hardware and software of control system and the realization. The software is compiled on the basis of zero d-axes current vector control method and the classical PI control strategy. Experiments show the system can achieve relatively good control performance.
