Abstract :
Using neuron-MOS into digital PWM generator is presented, which can decrease the device number greatly. The circuit to realize the compare function between the power waveform and the carrier waveform is firstly designed, which consists of neuron-MOS source follower, difference circuit and keep circuit, the elements of the cell all together are 10 transistors and some assistant switches. And then an easy method to change the amplitude of power waveform by only using a neuron-MOS source follower circuit is given. The circuit operation principle is analyzed in detail. Among the circuits, the neuron-MOS difference circuit has three phases to operate. Finally the design is simulated by HSPICE and the simulation result proves that the design is appropriate.
