Abstract :
The primary goals are discussed in this work without solution them practical realization of the holographic microscope is impossible. Let´s list these problems: 1. Necessity of achievement of the permission of inter nuclear distances at visual supervision; 2. Performance of requirements to a thickness of investigated object; 3. Optimization of conditions of coherent transmission waves in the position sensitive detector (PSD).
