Abstract :
Tungsten oxide nanowires have been regarded as one of promising cathode nanomaterials due to their excellent field emission (FE) behaviors. But their FE performances vary with their phase structures. To enhance their FE properties, we designed a CVD technique to prepare them in an identical composition at 500°C.
