            Abstract : 
W-band folded waveguide SWS fabrication with micro-EDM or LIGA has limitation of achieving required depth by tapering. A new design scheme involves matching broader dimension of the waveguide to that of standard waveguide WR-8. The set of parameters obtained shows relatively low-voltage (13.5kV) operation and larger beam-tunnel for optimal beam transmission.
