Abstract :
Recent developments in high speed sampling techniques and digital processing, together with the basic theory of Time Domain Dielectric Spectroscopy (TDS), have brought about a new generation of TDS measurement systems. We describe such an instrument based on Time Domain Measuring Set (TDMS) specially designed for TDS hardware support. The system utilizes the difference method of measurement, and the registration of primary signals with parallel time nonuniform sampling
