Abstract :
Coral is a software package designed to assist in the operation and management of university micro- and nanofabrication shared facilities that was originally described at UGIM 2003. It is being developed primarily by Stanford with help from MIT and is in "production" use at the Stanford Nanofabrication Facility and the MIT Microsystems Technology Laboratory. Additionally, Coral has been installed and is running at the University of Minnesota, NIST, the Stanford Nanocharacterization Laboratory, Purdue University, Yale University, the University of Arizona, and Cornell University.
