Abstract :
Due to the advantages of better positioning performance and no accumulated error, system of hybrid stepping motor has been wisely used in the precise locating situations. The current is a key index in the control system, and the selection of bus current or phase current varies according to the control strategy. The nonlinear inductance of 42BYGH223 stepping motor, power amplifier of control circuit and the charge process of winding are analyzed, which in turn derives the ralation between phase current and bus current. The relation is validated by simulation and experiment.
