Abstract :
Summary from only given. A novel multi-section deterministic emulator is presented. We demonstrated that, by opportunely choosing the coupling angles statistics, the emulator well represents the statistical behavior of polarisation mode dispersion (PMD) parameters up to third order with a reduced sections number.
