Abstract :
The work functions of 5BaO.3CaO.Al2O3 porous tungsten dispenser cathodes were evaluated using practice work function technique of Miram to compare the coated and uncoated cathodes performance. Details of experimental apparatus used to measurement are presented and discussed.
