Abstract :
Developed mobile technical equipment and software for rapid and automatic processing of diffractogram. One of technology applications - definition of crystallographic orientation (CGO) of monocrystal blades of the gas-turbine engines made of heat-resistant nickel alloys. Measurement time CGO in one point of the blade surface is several tens of seconds.
