Abstract :
New thermal field electron emission energy conversion method for vacuum electron systems with a nanostructured emission surface electron sources is offered and developed. By numerical modeling of an electron emission and transport processes for various nano-scale systems it is shown that the offered method permits to convert an environmental thermal (T 300K) energy - to electrical energy.
