Abstract :
In recent years, with the rapid development of wind power, wind power plays an important role in the integrated grid. Uncertain output from wind generators might cause the dispatch of power system difficult. In this case, we applied a fuzzy variable to describe wind power. Then, we constructed a mathematical model for daily dispatch of a power system with wind power units. Following, we used uncertain programming theory and hybrid fuzzy genetic algorithm to solve. Using an example, we implemented numerical simulation. The results verified that the approach we proposed is feasible and optimal output for every unit for next day is gotten. In addition, we compared three dispatch schemes with regard to three satisfactory levels.
