Abstract :
Bred in the atmosphere beams are used in industry. For a large range practical applications enough 100-200 KeV electrons energy at relatively low currents. The compact, high-efficiency ceramic-metal injector with conclusion of the electron beam in atmosphere and nanostructured carbon materials field emission cathode is developed.
